This multimedia project proposal form is the first step toward creating a digital, reuseable learning object that will enhance the learning potential for your students. Please fill in all of the proposal questions to the best of your ability, then click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page. A member of the Instructional Design and Development (IDD) team will contact you within two working days after this proposal is submitted to discuss your proposal in more detail.

If you're unsure how to complete this form, you might find it helpful to view an example of a sample multimedia project proposal. You can also view examples of past multimedia projects on the multimedia development section of the IDD website. If you have additional questions concerning the use of multimedia learning objects for your class, contact your IDD consultant.
